Born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, in 1986. From 2007 through 2011 he studied Film at Escola de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC), Barcelona and specialized as Fiction Director. During that period he carried out several projects like Camilo, a short feature film that opened him the path in a professional level within the audiovisual industry. In 2012 he returned to Mexico to work as director, screenwriter, and creative for several advertising production companies. With them, he has directed and developed projects for high-profile clients such as Televisa, Televisa Niños, Grupo Bimbo, Hoteles.com, Banamex, Grupo Ferrero, Tuenti, Canal 22, MVS Radio, and Clamato, among others.
In 2015 he directed TICTACTÓPOLIS, an animated short-feature film for Canal 22 (a state-run broadcasting channel based in Mexico City) which has been presented at several national and international festivals. It was nominated in the Ariel Awards 2016 in the category “best animated short film”. Besides from working as director in advertising he is developing his first long-feature film.
